'If you have never done a cycle class before, or even if you have, then I would strongly recommend you book yourself on a RIIDE class with Paige.
As with all cycle classes it is obviously about the bike but the difference with RIIDE is that you also get a full body workout too. From sprints and climbs along with press-ups to squats, she introduces varied exercises that also work on your core. Paige is always full of energy as she guides you through the class but most of all she makes it fun so the 45 mins disappear before you know it.
